As a certified personal trainer from The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) I value a comprehensive and truly customized training program. Each client is unique and what we need daily can also change. With years of experience and taking all of your personal needs into account, my programs deliver accelerated results that will restore health and alignment to the body at a pace that is also enjoyable and energizing.

NASM uses an Optimum Performance Training Model to prioritize training in phases. Phase1 is stabilization to access and use your muscles properly. My programs add in an additional focus on deep core work with Pilates techniques to set you up for success in all movements.. Phase 2 is endurance / higher rep movements to enhance muscular alignment, improve energy and body tone. Phase 3 is strength training with lower reps and increased resistance. Two additional phases are used as needed for advanced athletic performance. However , I find using a mixture of phase 1-3 in a comprehensive program designed to bring all areas of the body up to speed is the most effective. I use this training style to help clients reduce body fat, sculpt and tone, build muscle, reduce or eliminate pain from injuries, improve athletic performance (casual or professional), boost natural energy and achieve desired aesthetic results healthfully.

As a fitness professional I have always valued the proper use of my body as the ultimate machine. Barre is foundationally pilates with an integration of ballet and functional training. This allows for a truly dynamic exercise program to be designed that can achieve any fitness goal.
