Second Position Thigh Toner

This 8 minute barre class is going to give your inner thighs and legs a great workout. We are going to layer into on of my signature moves a "traveling passé". If you are a dancer, you know this isn't a true passé but once you go through the movement you will feel the inner thigh and supporting leg strengthening benefits.
